Which is a better 35mm SLR - Nikon FE2 or Pentax K1000? - 35mm camera, main parts

I want to buy a 35mm SLR for my second year at UNI, perhaps up to 100 pounds, a second chamber of the hand in good condition. I have the K1000 for my first year. What are the main differences in these cameras and, if necessary, would you recommend?
