Accident And Emergency Hospitals Is There A Hospital That Only Treats Accident & Emergency Patients???

Is there a hospital that only treats accident & emergency patients??? - accident and emergency hospitals

There is only one place, which deals exclusively with trauma and is something for their own hospital ... R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Maryland. It has 100 beds and various specialized units.

Many hospitals have trauma centers regularly. Level 1 is the highest rating. Hospitals are to be assigned in stage 1, the severe and complicated injuries to accommodate at any time, so they tend to attract a large number of trauma patients.

First, I doubt it.

Second, how important? Most hospitals and normal operation, why specialize?

Several trauma centers are independent, but tend to cluster with general hospitals. Only the treatment of trauma, which excludes a large number of emergencies.
